Parkinson's Disease Clinic


Parkinson's disease is a disorder of the brain that leads to tremors, difficulty with walking, difficulty with initiating and stopping movement, and decreased coordination. Parkinson’s Disease most often develops after the age of 50 and is one of the most common central nervous system disorders of the elderly. Symptoms include excessive blinking, difficulty swallowing, drooling, problems with balance, difficulty with walking, decreased facial expression, rigid or stiff muscles, and shaking.
